本科生研究型开放式实验教学的实践与探索

Investigating of Opening Experimental Teaching of Undergraduate

结合黑龙江八一农垦大学食品学院研究型开放式实验教学的具体方法,阐述了推行研究型开放式实验教学的意义、实施研究型开放式实验教学的效果,对高校本科实验教学改革具有一定的借鉴作用。

Based on practice of investigating and opening experiment teaching in food science institute of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University,some ideas and practice methods about investigating and opening experimental teaching are given.Meantime,the necessity and the effects of carrying out investigating and opening experiment teaching are illustrated,which is expected to have a reference meaning for the reform of such courses in undergraduate education.
