高校社会主义法治理念教育的内容建构

The Content of Socialist Idea of Law Education in University

社会主义法治理念的提出既具有十分重要的理论创新意义,更具有极强的实践指导意义,是我们构建社会主义和谐社会,实施依法治国战略目标的重要法律思想武器。高校是向国家和社会输送人才的主要阵地,因此大学生社会主义法治理念的强弱直接制约我国社会主义法治建设的进程。本文在对社会主义法治理念的实质内容和核心作用进行深入理解的基础上,结合当代大学生的特点,分别从思想意识和行为规范两个角度建构高校社会主义法治理念的教育内容,以期提高大学生的法律意识,树立社会主义的法治理念,服务于我国社会主义的法制建设。

The propos ion of socialist idea of law has both a very important theoretical innovation,but also has strong practical significance.It is important in building a socialist harmonious society and the implementation of the strategic objectives of the rule of law important legal ideological weapon.Colleges and universities are talents to the country and the main positions in society,so the strength of the concept of socialist rule of law students directly restricts the process of China＇s socialist legal construction.In this paper,the concept of socialist rule of law and the core role of the substance on the basis of understanding,combined with the characteristics of contemporary college students,respectively,ideology and norms of behavior from two perspectives construct the content of education in the socialist concept of rule of law in order to improve the students awareness of the law and adopt the socialist concept of rule of law,the rule of law to serve China＇s socialist construction.
