摘要
本文主要对新时期高校学生干部队伍的现状和存在的问题进行了分析,并针对存在问题,提出了相应的解决对策。
The prese nt situation and existing problems in students＇ cadres and organizations of colleges and universities have been analyzed in this paper.The countermeasures have been proposed to solve these problems.
