在过去几十年的时间里,美国社区学院的兼职教师数量得到了大量的增长。本文主要从社区学院聘用兼职教师的原因、社区学院聘用大量兼职教师所带来的问题等方面对美国社区学院聘用兼职教师这一现象进行了分析,总结了解决社区学院聘用兼职教师所带来问题的一些对策。最后对我国民办高校聘用兼职教师的现状作了介绍,并指出了我国民办高校在聘用兼职教师时应借鉴的经验及教训。

In the psat dacades,the quantity of part-time faculty at community college in American got a lot of growth.This paper analyzed the employment of part-time facaulty at community colleges mainly from the perspective of reason and result of hiring lots of part-time teachers,and then summarized some correlating countermeasures.Finally,this paper introduced the prsent situation of hiring part-time teachers in the Civilianrun Colleges in our state,and the experiences and lessons worth learning were pointed out.
