摘要
针对现有仪器分析实验教学的不足,从实验教学内容、教学方法以及教师队伍等方面进行了初步改革。实践表明,验证性实验向应用性实验转变,加强综合性设计性实验,强调实际样品基本分析方法的训练,把教师科研引入实验教学的开放式实验教学有利于调动学生的主动性,培养学生的创新能力,提高学生的综合素质。
In view of the drawbacks of the experimental teaching of instrumental analysis in food specialty,the experimental teaching system was reformed which contain experimental teaching contents,teaching methods and experiment teaching team.The practice showed that the reform of experimental teaching system was of great help in stimulating students' motivation and creativity,and improving student's comprehensive quality thoroughly,with transformation to applied experiment content from verification experiment,strengthening the comprehensive and designing experiments,training the basic analysis methods of actual sample,setting the designing experiment from teacher's scientific research items,and opening experimental teaching.
