浅议我国的司法制度

On China's Judicial System

就我国设立的审判监督制度来讲,这一监督机制的建立对于法院内部纠正那些错案起到一定的积极作用。但在实践过程中也暴露出现在审判监督制度之不足。

The trial of the establishment of monitoring system is concerned,the establishment of monitoring mechanisms to correct these wrong cases within the court play a positive role.But in practice also exposes the current inadequate system of judicial supervision.
