摘要
从哲学与历史的角度,以社会选择与技术价值相互联系为切入点,对技术价值的社会选择方式、运作机理及效应进行哲学诠释和逻辑思考,并从中得出对中国和谐社会建设进程中技术发展的有益启示。
From the perspective of philosophy and history,selection and technical value of social contact with each other as the starting point,the way of the social choice,operation mechanism and the effects of the value of the technology are interpreted philosophically and logical thinking,and the useful insights of technological development in the process of the construction of harmonious society in China are obtained.
