摘要
货币化评分方式在职教实践课堂中的应用,即抛开传统的成绩评定方式,采用企业对员工的考核标准,利用货币值的大小来评定学生在实践课堂中的表现。一方面促使学生了解企业的管理及考核方式,另一方面提升学生对考核结果的关注度,从而提高考核效果。
Grading monetary practice in the classroom of Vocational Education,which set aside the results of traditional evaluation methods,evaluation of employees by business standards,the use of monetary values to assess the size of the classroom student's performance in practice.On the one hand encourage students to understand the way of enterprise management and assessment,on the other hand,enhance the students attention on the assessment results to improve examination results.
