本文通过对高校图书馆工作人员捡到或是由其他拾获者自觉上交到图书馆的拾物的处理,从道德与法律两方面作出了分析,提出了拾物处理的方法以及与之相关的注意事项,意在提供让读者信任的服务,切实保护读者的利益。

In this article,the author analysis the several ways of approaching the problem with the lost-and-found object which found by librarian or other founder in university library,in both moral and legal analysis aspects.Proposed several ways of approaching the lost-and-found object and some related considerations.All of this is for the services which pursuing the reader＇s trust,and the protection of the interests of the reader.
