摘要
随着我国石油天然气管道工程建设的快速发展,如何选择合适的项目管理模式、又好又快地完成建设任务显得尤为重要。分析了国内外8种项目管理模式,从各种管理模式的特点、对比和选择方法等方面进行了详细的阐述,指出企业应从自身实际、项目特点、建设条件、市场资源等多方面综合考虑,整合多种项目管理模式组建成一种新的适合自身发展需要的项目管理模式,以期在工程项目管理实践中发挥更大的作用。
With the rapid development of the construction of oil and gas pipelines in China,the selection of the suitable project management mode was very important for completing the construction tasks better and faster.Eight project management modes were introduced.The characteristics of each management mode,comparisons between one and another,and selection methods were described in detail.According to the actual situation of the enterprise,project characteristics,construction conditions,and market resources,the new suitable project management mode was established by the integration of multiple project management modes.It would play a greater role in the project management.
