Development of new type connecting clamp for insulated overlap of flexible catenary

对广州地铁一号线柔性接触网绝缘锚段关节处发生的断线故障进行分析,找出故障发生的原因,并设计出新型线夹,可改善连接线端的受力状态,彻底解决了原线夹无法检查线端燕尾槽状况的问题,达到及时发现异常情况的目的。

This paper analyzes the break faults on the insulated overlap of flexible eatenary for Guangzhou Metro Line 1,and finds out the reasons. A new type clamp is designed which can improve the strained condition of connecting terminal and solve the problem that the condition of terminal dovetail groove can not be checked. So the abnormal conditions can be found in time.
