This paper selected a project that combined 3G wireless transmission technique with VPN-Virtual Private Network technique mainly by the compare for MAS mobile CCTV network mode,realized the image transmission for mobile CCTV.For instance,in Liaoning msa the realization by twopenny cost connected with existing equipments for msa CCTV, ensured the network against danger.The experiment has a better effect.
