绿色船舶定量评价体系研究

本文剖析了绿色船舶的定义及内涵,系统分析了绿色船舶生命周期各阶段特点,结合模糊综合评判方法,构建了船舶绿色度评价体系。利用层次分析法和模糊综合评判定量评价出船舶绿色度等级,并设计了软件交互界面,从而为绿色船舶的设计和评价提供一个可行的方法和工具,从而为主管机关收取运输船舶污染费提供一定的依据,同时对于促使船舶在运营中降低污染也会起到推动作用。

In this paper,the green design, green building,green operation and green recycling of ship are discussed based on the concept of green ship.According to the characteristics of green ship in its life cycle,the assessment system of green ship is developed based on fuzzy-AHP （analytic hierarchy proeess）.Also,the program made by C# which makes the assessment easier might be helpful for the design and assessment of green ships. Then this assessment system will be useful for the administration to charge the pollution fee in order to reduce pollution from ships.
