关节镜辅助下缝合锚钉治疗膝内侧副韧带损伤

摘要 目的探讨关节镜辅助下缝合锚钉治疗膝关节内侧副韧带损伤的方法及临床效果。方法 2006年6月~2008年12月对25例(男14例、女11例)膝关节内侧副韧带III度损伤患者采用缝合锚钉进行缝合固定,受伤至手术时间5~10 d,平均7 d。结果随访12~16个月,平均14个月,所有患者膝关节稳定好,在伸直0°和屈曲30°时外翻应力试验阴性,Lysholm评分平均为89分,其中优21例,良3例,可1例。结论关节镜辅助下缝合锚钉修复膝关节内侧副韧带III度损伤,具有手术的方式及切口的选择更加合理,避免不必要的关节切开,组织剥离范围小,操作方法简单,固定牢靠的优势。 Objective To evaluate the methods and clinical effects of arthroscopy-assisted suture anchors on injury of medial collateral ligament(MAL)of knee joint.Methods 25 patients(14 males,11 females) with third degree acute injury of MCL of knee joint were treated with suture anchors from January 2006 to March 2008.The interval from injury to operation was 5~10 days,averaging 7 days.Results The patients were followed up for 12~16 months,averaging 14 months.The stability of knee joints was good in all patients.Abduction stress test was negative when the knee joint was straightened to 0 degree and flexed at 30 degree.The average Lysholm score was 89.Of the 25 patients,21 had an excellent score,3 had a good score,and 1 had a poor score.Conclusion Injury of medial collateral ligament(MAL)of knee joint can be repaired with suture anchors with the assistance of arthroscope.This surgery is characterized by small in tissue dissection,simple in procedure,and good in fixation.The choice of surgical incision approach is more reasonable so that unnecessary cut can be avoided.
