多层螺旋CT肺动脉成像在肺动脉栓塞中的诊断价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨肺动脉栓塞(PE)在多层螺旋CT肺动脉成像中的影像特征,评价多层螺旋CT肺动脉成像在肺动脉栓塞中的诊断价值。方法回顾分析12例肺动脉栓塞患者的CT影像资料,所有患者均行SIEMENS SOMA-TOM SENSAT1ON64/40多层螺旋CT平扫加增强扫描并进行多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)容积再现(VR)后处理。结果 12例患者肺动脉主干至段肺动脉的显示率均为100%对亚段及5级肺动脉的显示率为80%左右,平扫显示为实变影、磨玻璃样影,楔形变影等、增强后可见到不同部位不同形态的充盈缺损并有不同种类的间接征象。结论多层螺旋CT肺动脉成像作为一种无创的检查技术是诊断肺动脉栓塞的一种快速、有效、安全、可靠、实用的诊断方法,具有较高的诊断价值。 Objective To explore the image characteristics of pulmonary embolism(PE)in computed tomographic pulmonary angiography(CTPA) with multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)and evaluate the effect of CTPA with MSCT in the diagnosis of PE.Methods 12 cases of PE patients' image data were retrospectively analyzed.All the cases underwent scanning of Siemens Somatom Sensatom 64 MSCT plus intensified scanning.Post-treatment was adopted by using multi-planar reconstr ction(MPR),maximum intensity projection(MIP) and volume rendering(VR).Results The display rate of the 12 cases from the pulmonary trunk to pulmonary artery segment was 100%.The display rate of sub-segment and the grade Ⅲ pulmonary artery was about 80%.Plain scanning presented consolidation,ground-glass opacity and wedge-shaped opacity.Intensification resulted in filling defect with other indirect signs in different areas and in various forms.Conclusion As a non-traumatic detecting technique,computed tomographic pulmonary angiography with multi-slice spiral CT is a fast,effective and reliable means,which should be recommended for its high diagnostic value.
