摘要
永磁电动机在胜利油田桩西采油厂的应用情况表明,永磁电动机在抽油机上应用具有启动转矩大、效率高、功率因数高、节电效果好等优点,但在应用过程中也发现部分永磁电动机功率因数偏低,能耗比正常水平偏高等问题。分析了负载率、电压变化对永磁同步电动机功率因数的影响,通过试验得出了抽油机永磁电动机工作的最佳电压值(临界反电势点),最后分析了目前在抽油机上调整永磁同步电动机反电势点存在的难点问题并提出了解决办法。
The application situations of permanent magnet motor applied in Zhuangxi oil production plant show that the application of permanent magnet motor in the pumping unit has the character of big starting torque,high efficiency,high power factor,and good power saving effect,But it’s also found that some permanent magnet motors in the application process have lower power factor,higher levels of energy consumptions than other normal motors.This paper analyzes the load factor,voltage changes which affect the permanent magnet synchronous motor power factor.The best voltage value(EMF critical point) is obtained by pumping test on permanent magnet motor,and finally it analyzs the difficult problems of adjusting the back EMF point of permanent magnet synchronous motor on the pumping unit and proposed solutions.
