摘要 目的:提高放射性土壤杆菌LQ109液体发酵生产可得然胶的产量。方法:采用单因素和正交试验对放射性土壤杆菌LQ109产可得然胶液体发酵培养基和培养条件进行了优化。结果:优化后的最佳培养基及最适培养条件为:葡萄糖6.0%,(NH4)2HPO40.24%,营养因子浓缩液0.25%,KH2PO40.20%,MgSO4.7H2O0.10%,CaCO30.20%,装液量80mL,pH7.0,30℃下180r/min摇瓶培养120h。结论:菌株在优化后的培养基和培养条件下,生产能力明显提高,可得然胶产量达42.0g/L,糖胶转化率高达70%。 [Objective] To improve the yield of the curdlan produced by Agrobacterium cradiabacter LQ 109. [Method] Based on single-factor experiments and orthogonal test, liquid fermentaed process of curdlan production by Agrobacterium cradiabacter was optimized. [Result] The best medium and cultivation conditions were glucose 6.0%, (NH4) zHPO40.24%, neurotrophic factor concentrated liquid 0.25%, KHzPO40.20% , MgSO4 - 7HEO 0.10%, CACO30.20%, pH7.0, shaking flask speed 180r/rain at 30℃ for 120h. [Conclusion] The yield of curdlan was up to 42.0 g/L and the conversion rate was up to 70% with the optimized liquid fermentation process.
