摘要
目的:探讨复方银杏叶(CGL)对糖尿病大鼠睾丸VEGF的影响。方法:在40只Wistar雄性大鼠中随机抽取10只作为正常对照组(NC),其余大鼠用链脲佐菌素(Streptozotocin,STZ)加高脂高糖饮食制备2型糖尿病模型。造模动物筛选后,随机分为糖尿病组(DM组)和CGL治疗组,每组10只。治疗组给予CGL10周后,取双侧睾丸组织,提取蛋白,检测组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)含量。结果:2型糖尿病模型制备成功,糖尿病组与对照组比较,VEGF含量降低,差别有显著性意义(P<0.01),而治疗组与糖尿病组比较,VEGF含量升高,差别有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:复方银杏叶能够提高糖尿病大鼠睾丸VEGF的表达,对糖尿病伴随生殖功能障碍有一定的改善作用。
[Objective] To observe the effects of compound ginkgo leaf on VEGF of diabetic rats testis. [Method] The normal control group was established with 10 selected from 40 male Wistar rats randomly. The others were established type II diabetes model with streptozotocin (STZ) adding high lipid and high glucose diet. After filtrated, the type II diabetes models were randomly divided into diabetic group and CGL-treated group, which were 10 rats every group. CGL-treated group were given CGL for 10 weeks and the testis were taken out, extracted protein and tested the content of vascular endothelial growth factor. [Result] The type II diabetes model was prepared successfully and compared with the normal control group. VEGF content of DM dropped sharply (P〈0.01). Compared with the diabetic group, VEGF content of CGL obviously increased (P〈0.01).
