摘要
本文综述了近年来膳食中蛋白质、脂类、维生素、矿物质、膳食纤维等营养成分与高血压关系的研究进展,并就DASH膳食降低高血压的研究进行了综述。
Research process of relationship between dietary nutrients such as protein, lips, vitamins, minerals, dietary fiber, etc and hypertension was reviewed. Research of effect of Dietary Approaches Stop Hypertension (DASH) on blood pressure lowering was also reviewed.
