调营饮对化疗所致骨髓抑制小鼠外周血象及骨髓有核细胞的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察调营饮对化疗所致骨髓抑制小鼠外周血象及骨髓有核细胞计数(BMC)的影响。方法昆明清洁级小鼠168只,随机分为正常组、模型组、调营饮组、调营饮拆方组、六味地黄汤组、八珍汤组、当归补血汤组,每组24只。正常组实验小鼠腹腔注射0.9%氯化钠注射液0.2 mL,其余各组实验小鼠腹腔注射注射用环磷酰胺(CTX)100 mg/kg,连续3 d。注射CTX后4 h,调营饮组、调营饮拆方组、六味地黄汤组、八珍汤组、当归补血汤组分别给予相应药液0.2 mL灌胃,每日1次,连续10 d。正常组、模型组给予等容积蒸馏水灌胃。分别于实验第4、7、10 d取小鼠静脉血,测外周血白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hgb)、血小板计数(PLT),第10 d取小鼠股骨腔骨髓细胞测BMC。结果调营饮组、八珍汤组WBC均明显高于其它各药物组(P<0.01);调营饮组RBC、Hgb明显高于其他各药物组(P<0.05);调营饮组、八珍汤组PLT与模型组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);调营饮组BMC明显高于其他各药物组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论调营饮具有升高化疗所致骨髓抑制小鼠外周血象及BMC的作用。 Objective To study the effect of Tiaoyingyin on peripheral blood and bone marrow karyocyte count(BMC) in chemotherapy-induced marrow depression mice.Methods 168 Kunming mice of clean grade were randomly divided into 7 groups,control group,model group,Tiaoyingyin group,Decomposed recipes of Tiaoyingyin group,Liuweidihuang decoction group,Bazhen decoction group and Angelica decoction for replenishing blood group.Each mouse of every group was intraperitoneal injected by Cyclophosphamide,100 mg/kg except for control group,it were given the same dose of saline continuous 3 days.Mice in groups in Tiaoyingyin group,Decomposed recipes of Tiaoyingyin group,Liuweidihuang decoction group,Bazhen decoction group and Angelica decoction for replenishing blood group were treated by corresponding Chinese medicine once a day for 10 days.The control and model groups were given the same dose of saline.WBC,RBC,Hgb and PLT were measured on day 4,7,10.Bone marrow karyocyte was counted on day 10.Results WBC count in Tiaoyingyin group and Bazhen decoction group was superior obviously to other groups(P0.01).The improvement of RBC and Hgb in Tiaoyingyin group was more than those in other groups(P0.05).There was significant difference between Tiaoyingyin group,Bazhen decoction group and model group on PLT count(P0.05).Tiaoyingyin group was superior obviously to other groups at improving BMC(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion Tiaoyingyin can increase bone marrow and BMC,and inhibit peripheral blood.
