补肾益肺解毒方对大鼠诱发性肺癌免疫功能的影响

Effects for Bushenyifeijiedu recipe on the immune function of rats with lung carcinoma

目的观察补肾益肺解毒方对诱发性肺癌大鼠免疫功能的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法将SPF级W ista大鼠36只随机分为模型组、中药高剂量组、中药低剂量组。分别采用左肺叶支气管内一次性灌注致癌碘油液诱发大鼠肺癌建立肺癌模型,在模型建立后1周,分别给用药组灌服高剂量(2.5 g/mL)和低剂量(1.0 g/mL)的补肾益肺解毒方。观察补肾益肺解毒方对诱发性肺癌大鼠一般情况及脾指数的影响。结果补肾益肺解毒方对大鼠肺癌的发生有显著的抑制作用,改善大鼠一般状态,保持体质量稳定,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时能够提高大鼠脾指数,中药高剂量组的作用效果显著(P<0.05)。结论补肾益肺解毒方能有效地抑制大鼠肺癌的发生,作用机制可能与提高大鼠免疫功能,减轻肺脏病变有关。

Objective To observe the effect of Bushenyifeijiedu recipe（BSYFJD） on the immune function of rats with induced lung carcinoma,and investigate the mechanism.Methods 36 SPF Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups： model group,high dose of BSYFJD group and low dose of BSYFJD group.Model rats with lung carcinoma were induced with 3-methylcholanthrene（MCA） and diethyinitrosamine（DEN） in iodized oil by left intra bronchial instillation.After a week of establishing model,rats in high dose of BSYFJD group and low dose of BSYFJD group received high dose BEYFJD（2.5 g/mL） and low dose BSYFJD（1.0 g/mL）,respectively.The general status and spleen indexes of model rats in different group were observed for evaluation of the effect of Bushenyifeijiedu recipe.Result Compared with model group,Bushenyifeijiedu recipe could significantly inhibit the incidence of lung carcinoma in rats,as well as improve the common conditions so that the weight of the rats was kept balance（P0.05）.It could increase the spleen index particularly for the high-dose group（P0.05）.Conclusion Bushenyifeijiedu recipe could significantly inhibit the incidence of lung carcinoma in rats.The mechanism may be related that BSYFJD recipe can improve the immunity function of rats,relieve the pathological degree of lung.
