老年股骨颈骨折患者持续质量改进效果的研究

Investigation of continuous quality improvement on elderly patient with femoral neck fracture

目的观察运用持续质量改进(CQI)的方法对老年股骨颈骨折患者护理质量的影响。方法加强护士安全意识教育,加强业务知识学习和应急能力培训。结果经过CQI,老年股骨颈骨折患者护理质量明显提高,并发症减少,患者对护理质量满意度提高。结论将持续护理质量改进应用于老年股骨颈骨折患者中,可有效提高护理质量,保证患者术后安全。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing on elderly patient with femoral neck fracture by continuous quality improvement（CQI）.Methods Safety consciousness education of nurses,professional knowledge learning and Emergency response training were enhanced.Results Quality of care of elderly patient with femoral neck fracture was obviously increased by CQI,complication was decreased.Satisfaction of patients for quality of care was increased.Conclusion CQI can effectively enhance quality of care for elderly patient with femoral neck fracture,ensure post operation safety of patients.
