摘要
为解决出水COD和色度不达标的问题,采用次氯酸钠氧化法深度处理无锡某造纸厂的二级生化出水。考察了废水初始pH、NaClO加入量、反应时间及温度对COD和色度去除率的影响。实验结果表明在次氯酸钠投加量为1.6 mL/L、pH为9、反应时间为40 min、温度为35℃时,COD的去除率可以达到50%,色度的去除率为87.7%。出水COD和色度完全可以达到新的排放标准DB32/1072-2007。
Since CODcr and color of effluent water are difficult to satisfy the new emission standards,the secondary biochemical effluent water from a paper mill in Wuxi,Jiangsu Province was advanced treated by NaClO process.Effects of initial pH,NaClO dosage and reaction time and temperature on removal rate of CODcr and chrome were studied.Results indicated that under the conditions of pH 9,NaClO dosage 1.6 mL/L,reaction time 40min and temperature 35 ℃,removal rate of CODcr was 50%,and removal rate of color was 87.7%,which all can meet the new emission standard of DB32/1072-2007.
