镁合金无铬化学转化膜的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 随着人们环保意识的提高,开发无毒无污染的镁合金无铬转化膜也越来越得到重视。较详细地综述了镁合金无铬化学转化膜的发展现状,主要介绍了磷酸盐转化膜、磷酸盐-高锰酸盐转化膜、锡酸盐转化膜、钼酸盐转化膜、稀土转化膜等工艺,对膜层的耐蚀性、耐磨性等进行了比较,提出镁合金无铬化学转化膜是今后研究的热点。 With the increase in people awareness of environmental protection, development of non-toxic pollution-free chromium-free conversion coating gets more and more attention. Progress in research on chrome- free chemical conversion coating for magnesium alloy is reviewed in detail. Technologies of phos- phate conversion coating, phosphate-permanganate conversion coating, stannate conversion coating, mo- lybdate conversion coating, rare earths conversion coating and so on are introduced. Corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance of the coatings are compared. That the chrome-free chemical conversion coating for magnesium alloy should be the hotspot in the future is proposed.
