非洲山毛豆油脂脱色工艺研究 被引量:3

Decoloration Technology for T.vogelii Hook f.seed Oil

摘要 以非洲山毛豆毛油为试验材料,讨论温度、时间、脱色剂种类、脱色剂添加量对非洲山毛豆毛油脱色率的影响。在单因素试验基础上,利用响应面分析法对山毛豆毛油脱色工艺进行优化,得到山毛豆油吸附脱色最佳工艺条件为:活性白土与活性炭比例9∶1,吸附剂用量5%,脱色温度75℃,时间40 min。该条件下山毛豆毛油脱色率为93.69%,与模型预测值93.150 7%接近。 Activated clay and activated carbon were applied for decoloration of T.vogelii Hookf seed oil. The conditions such as temperature, time, the type and consumption of decolorizer for decoloring process have been researched. On the basis of single factor tests, the method of response surface analysis(RSA) with four factors and three levels was adopted and the factors influencing the technological parameters were determined by means of regression analysis. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the decoloring process of tephrosia vogelii Hookf seed oil were activated clay and activated carbon in ratio of 9 : 1, decolorizer consumption of 5.12%, temperature of 75 ~C and processing time of 40 min, under these conditions, the decoloring rate reached 93.69 %. The experimental values was in close agreement of the predicted value(93.0412%).
