摘要
对橄榄核油的超临界CO2萃取条件进行了系统的研究,先通过单因素试验确定了适宜的萃取条件,并在单因素试验研究的基础上进行正交试验,优化后的最佳工艺条件为:萃取压力20MPa、橄榄核粒度60-80目、萃取温度40℃、解析温度35℃。并采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对橄榄核油提取物进行了成分分析,共检测出15种化合物。
Supercritical CO2 extraction conditions of canarium album L. kernel oil were studied systematically. Firstly, suitable conditions were made sure by single-factor tests, and then the orthogonal test was carried out based on single-factor tests, the optimal technics conditions: extraction pressure 20MPa, canarium album L. kernel granularity 60-80 meshes, extraction temperature 40℃, separation temperature 35℃. Using GC-MS multiple techniques, component analysis of canarium album L. kernel oil was carried out, and 15 compounds were detected completely.
