摘要
从大蒜头中提取精油树脂的工艺条件进行了系统的研究。首先比较了几种不同的有机溶剂浸提效果,结果表明,石油醚是一种较佳的浸提剂。用石油醚浸提提取大蒜头中大蒜精油树脂,探讨了浸提温度,浸提时间,搅拌时间,料液比等因素对大蒜精油树脂提取效果的影响,通过L9(34)正交试验确定了最佳工艺参数,结果显示:浸提温度25℃,浸泡时间2 d,每2 h搅拌40 min,料液比1∶3。
The optimum technological requirements of extracting oil resin from garlic were investigated. First compares several different effects of organic solvent extraction. The results show that petroleum ether is a better extractant. And then extracted with petroleum ether extract of garlic from the garlic oil resin, of the extraction temperature, extraction time, mixing time, solid to liquid ratio on the extraction of essential oils from the effect of resin,By L9 (34) orthogonal experiments the optimum process parameters, the results show: extraction temperature 25℃, soaking time 2 d, stirring every 2 h and 40 min fat, solid to liquid ratio of 1:3.
