浅谈中等职业学校如何加强素质教育

文章阐述了素质教育的内涵,分析了现今中职学校在办学模式、办学观念、师资队伍和生源等方面存在的问题。提出了中职学校应通过搞活办学模式、调整专业设置、改进课程结构、全面实施学分制等弹性学习制度,强化素质教育队伍,培养适应全面推进素质教育的新型教师;加强学校、家庭和社会三者的有机结合,形成学校、家庭和社会三位一体的素质教育体系;改进学科教学,把素质教育渗透于学科教学活动之中;把素质教育融进日常行为规范管理和学生"三自"工作中,建立于开放型的社会活动、课外活动上等途径和对策来加强素质教育。

The article expounds the connotation of the qualityoriented education.It also analyses the problems of education patterns,education senses,teachers and source of students in the vocational school.By training new type teachers,adjusting the establishment of the specialities,improving the structures of courses and carrying out the elastic learning system,such as the credit system,the quality-oriented education then can be improved.On the whole,we should strengthen the relationship among the school,the family and the society.Try to make the quality-oriented education infiltrate into the students＇ daily activities,extracurricular activities and social activities.In this way,the quality-oriented education will probably be strengthened in the vocational school.
