区内初中班新生常见适应性问题与教育对策

区内初中班是新疆很多学子尤其是边远贫困地区孩子向往的学校,然而,相当一部分学生走进内初班校门却出现了很多不适应的问题,突出表现在学习、环境、人际关系、语言等方面,这些问题给一些学生带来沉重的压力,因不适应而产生消极情绪,甚至会影响到性格。因此,了解内初班学生入学适应期的问题,寻求解决的对策,使内初班新生尽快适应环境是我们面临的重要课题。

The region is the middle classes,especially in remote Xinjiang,many students aspire to school children in poor areas,however,a considerable part of the first class of students into the gates but there have been many inappropriate questions,outstanding performance in learning,the environment,interpersonal relationships,language,etc.Bring these issues to some heavy pressure on students,because not suited to the negative emotions,and even affect the character.Therefore,understanding the early classes of students within the school to adapt to the problem of seeking solutions that can quickly adapt to new students in first class environment is an important issue.
