人的需要是有机体的内部环境和外部生活条件的要求在人脑中的反映。需要产生动机、动机支配行为、行为指向需要的目标。要分析和研究高职教师的需要特点,不断唤醒教师们的心理动力,深入体察教师的需求,通过满足教师的合理需要来激励其工作积极性。

The needs of people are the requests for the internal environment of the organism and external living condition which appear in the people＇s brains.The needs produce motivation,the motivation dominates the action,and the action leads to the necessary goal.We should analyse and study the feature of the needs,rouse the psychological dynamic,and experience and observe deeply what the teachers need.The working enthusiasm is encouraged by the way of satisfying the proper need of the teachers.
