摘要
本研究采用问卷调查的方式,对师范大学3500名在校大学生对专业的看法、职业目标的确立、职业生涯困惑、职业生涯规划的授课内容、形式、效果等职业生涯规划现状进行随机抽样调查。结果表明:大学生专业兴趣度偏低,职业规划需求高;自我认识缺乏,职业目标模糊;授课理论偏重,缺乏实践结合;认可度较高,满意度较低;整体存在自我和职场有关的职业生涯困惑。针对现状从学生自身调适和学校教育两大方面提出具体的对策。
In this study,questionnaire survey,3500 in Normal college students of the professional's view,the establishment of career goals,career confusion,career planning of the teaching content,form,effects,and status of career planning to conduct random sampling.The results showed that:students professional interest is low,high demand career planning;lack of self-awareness,career goals vague;teach theory too much weight,combined with the lack of practice;recognition high,satisfaction is low;global existence of self and career-related career confused.Current problems from the students for their school education,two major aspects of adaptation and propose specific measures.
