Because of the social environment and the trend,school education missing,family education dotes and college students themselves,makes students in employment process exist career choice idealized,utilitarian,lack of social responsibility and psychological quality is poor.For these problems,but through strengthening college students＇ employment guidance to clarify its professional values;Carry out the personality education,improve the career choice independence and attention to college students mental health status,increase the self-adju stment ability to regulate.
