摘要
本文阐述了科技查新与自主创新的关系，分析了科技查新在企业自主创新中的重要作用，并在此基础上提出了完善科技查新服务，助力创新型国家建设的具体措施。
After discussing the relation between sci-tech novelty search and independence innovation, the paper analyzes the importance of sci-tech novelty search in independence innovation of enterprise and puts forward some specific measures for accelerating the innovation- oriented country construction by improving the sci-tech novelty search service.
