摘要
碳酸盐岩油藏在大港油田占有较大的比重,该类油藏在钻开油层时通常存在泥浆漏失、机杂堵塞等现象。由于该类储层原生晶间孔、溶蚀孔和微裂缝间的不连通性,大多数采油井不具备正常投产的条件。以往采用酸化解堵工艺及酸液体系种类繁多,措施效果差别巨大。本文从酸蚀蚓孔滤失机理、酸液滤失控制方法、酸化工艺、残酸返排工艺等多方面进行了研究,并投入现场实验,见到了好的效果,形成了整套适合大港油田碳酸盐岩酸化综合配套工艺技术。
Carbonate reservoir in Dagang Oilfield accounts for a large proportion, and when drilling these reservoir there usually are mud losses, machine blocked and other problems. For the bad connectivity among primary intergranular pores, dissolution pores and the micro- cracks in reservoir, most of the wells do not have the normal operation conditions. The wide range of technologies and acid systems previously used to acidize plugging removal makes the huge differences among effects. The filtration mechanism of acid wormholes, control of acid leak-off, acidification process, residual acid flow back process and other aspects have been studied and put into field experiments, good results are gained, and the integrated technology of carbonate acidification is formed to match the Dagang Oilfield.
