摘要
胸部肿瘤放疗时,不可避免地会对心脏造成一定的损伤,尤其是经过化疗后的患者,放化疗合用可加重心肌损伤。现从放射性心肌损伤发生机制、心脏受照射体积和剂量与损伤的关系、心肌损伤早期生化指标出现和改变的机制,以及心肌微小损伤特异性标志物心肌肌钙蛋白T在放疗过程中早期监测放射性心肌损伤,指导放疗安全进行的价值等方面进行综述。
When radiotheraph on chest tumor,it will inevitably cause some damage to the heart,specifically after chemotherapy,combination chemotherapy and radiotheraph may increase the myocardial damage.This paper described the mechanism of myocardial injury,heart irradiation volume and the relationship between dose and damage,as well as an early biochemical indicators of myocardial injury occurs and the mechanism of change,minor myocardial injury-specific markers cardiac troponin T,in the early detection of radiation during radiotherapy of myocardial injury,to guide the value of radiation safety.
