窦房结发育的分子机制研究进展

摘要 起搏和传导系统在心脏各腔室收缩的开始和调节过程中起着决定性的作用。遗传性缺陷、获得性疾病以及年龄都可能导致心脏起搏和传导系统的功能失调,搞清楚它们的起源和发育的分子机制对临床有重要的意义。窦房结在整个起搏与传导系统中,是一个十分重要的"发动机",因此有必要对其机制进行深入研究。现对窦房结发育的最新分子机制研究进展予以综述。 Both pacemaker and conduction system play a crucial role in the initiation and regulation of atrial and ventricular contraction.The dysfunction of pacemaker and conduction system results from genetic defects,acquired disorders and ageing.The studies on the molecular mechanisms regarding the origin and development of pacemaker and conduction system are of great significance for clinical practice.Sinoatrial node functions as an engine in the entire pacemaker and conduction system,requiring the further investigation to its mechanisms.This article reviews the newly reported molecular mechanisms of sinoatrial node development.
