肺栓塞相关的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重的研究进展

Research Progress in Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Pulmonary Obstructive Disease Associated with Pulmonary Embolism

慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重是一种常见的危重病,其与肺栓塞的相关性研究是近年来的热点。现就近几年关于肺栓塞相关的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重的研究进行综述,包括流行病学、病理生理学、临床特征、诊断及治疗方法等,着重介绍其定义及诊治。目前各种研究多有自身的优点和局限性,临床需进一步深入研究,探讨更规范的诊断标准和治疗方案。

Acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary obstructive disease（COPD） is a common critical illness whilst its association with pulmonary embolism is a recent research hotspot.This article reviews the studies on the acute exacerbation of COPD,including epidemiology,pathophysiology,clinical features,diagnosis,and treatment.It also highlights the definition,diagnosis,and treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD associated with pulmonary embolism.The current studies have their own merits and limitations,requiring further clinical studies to establish the standardized diagnostic criteria and treatment guideline.
