摘要
甲沟炎病势较缓且病变范围局限,长久以来病因不明、分型不准,导致治疗上的混乱失当,已成为手足科发病率高、复发率高、满意率低的顽疾。钳形甲型甲沟炎作为一种独立分型,与嵌甲型甲沟炎区分开来,是近年来该病基础研究的一大突破,使得该病的诊断更加系统与明晰,进而也推动了临床研究者对相关治疗方案进行诸多意义深远的改进与探索。
Paronychia has a chronic onset and confined lesion.The long-time unknown cause and inaccurate classification of paronychia result in the inappropriate treatment.Therefore,paronychia is a refractory condition in hand and foot surgery due to its high incidence and recurrence but low satisfaction.Princer-type paronychia is an independent type distinguished from ingrown type,which a major breakthrough in the study of paronychia.This allows the further systemic and clear diagnosis of this disease and improves the modification and investigation of promising therapeutic modalities in clinical practice.
