摘要
随着人口的老龄化,阿尔茨海默病患者和围术期出现术后认知功能障碍的老年患者逐渐增加,两者均表现为认知功能障碍,严重影响生活质量和术后康复。近年来有关针刺改善认知功能机制的研究很多,包括提高中枢胆碱能系统功能、影响单胺类神经递质的释放、减轻兴奋性氨基酸的毒性、减轻炎性反应、抑制神经细胞凋亡、降低一氧化氮的神经毒性作用等。
As the population aging,the elderly patients with Alzheimer′s disease and the incidence of postoperative cognitive dysfunction are increasing,which affects life quality and rehabilitation of patients seriously.In recent years,there are a lot of researches about the mechanism of acupuncture improvement of cognitive function,including enhancement of central cholinergic function,affecting the release of monoamine neurotransmitters,reducing the toxicity of excitatory amino acids and the inflammatory response,inhibiting neuronal apoptosis,reducing NO neurotoxicity and so on.
