肝脏常见病变的弥散加权成像及病理基础分析

Comparative Study of Diffusion-Weighted Imagin and Pathology of Liver Lesions

目的分析肝脏常见病变的弥散加权成像(DWI)信号表现及其病理基础,提高对肝脏病变的认识。方法观察肝脏常见病灶的DWI信号特征,结合病理检查结果,分析、总结肝脏病变的组织成分和DWI信号之间的关系。结果 DWI能够清晰地显示各种常见病灶,肝脏病变不同组织类型具有不同的特征性表现。结论肝脏病变的DWI较为真实地反映了其病理成分,有助于医师明确诊断结果。

Objective To study the diffusion-weighted imagine（DWI）signal and its pathological basis and improve understanding about lesions of liver.Methods To observe the liver lesions signal of DWI imagines,compare to the pathology,then summarized the relationship of them. Results DWI images can show many common liver lesions clearly,and different liver lesions have different features.Conclusion DWI images can reflect the pathology of liver lesions approximately,this phenomenon will help many doctors confirm their diagnosis.
