摘要
建立了一种测定水样中痕量铀的荧光猝灭新方法,在pH=6.0的BR(磷酸、乙酸、硼酸混合溶液)缓冲溶液中,双氧铀与环丙沙星形成配合物,使环丙沙星的荧光强度减弱,在2.3×10-8~1.0×10-6mol/L浓度范围内,荧光强度的改变值ΔF与UO22+浓度呈线性关系,方法的检出限为7.0×10-9mol/L。用于环境水样的检测,回收率为92.0%~106.0%。方法简单、快速、灵敏度高。
A new fluorescence quenching method was established to determine UO22+ in water.UO22+ reacted with CIP to form a complex in the buffer of BR(pH=6.0).The fluorescence intensity was linear to the concentration of UO22+ in the range of 2.3×10-8~1.0×10-6 mol/L with the detection limit of 7.0×10-9 mol/L.The method was applied for the determination of water uranyl.The recoveries obtained were 92.0%~106.0%.
