摘要
以管道全线动力费用最低为目标函数,以泵站在实际运行过程中需要完成的油品输量为约束条件,同时满足管道水力、工艺及强度等约束条件,建立优化过程的数学模型,编制计算机程序实现泵性能参数的处理和计算,设置合理间距,将调速泵离散化为不同转速的固定转速泵,进而确定全线泵站的开泵方案。以西南成品油管道泵站为例,在N=300,G=300,Pc=0.25,Pm=0.03的情况下,采用遗传算法对其进行优化计算,优化后的开泵方案,可使动力费用降低30.7×104元。遗传算法可以有效应用到已经建成且配有调速泵的常温输油管道泵站优化的数学模型中,进而得到泵站的最佳经济运行调度方案。
Taking the lowest power cost of pipeline system as an objective function,throughput of pump station as an constraint condition, including the constraint conditions in hydraulics,technology and pipe strength of pipeline etc., the authors set up a mathematical model for the optimization process and program computer procedure to realize the disposal and calculation on performance parameters of pump,that is,rational station span should be determined,speed governing pump is discretized as constant speed pump with different rotational speed to ascertain the pump running scenario of pump stations of the whole pipeline. Taking the pump stations in Southwest Products Pipeline as an example,in the case of N=300,G=300,Pc=0.25,Pm=0.03,genetic algorithm is used to do the optimized calculation in pump station number. The optimized pump opening scenario shows that power cost can be saved up to RMB 30.7×104 RMB Yuan. The genetic algorithm can be adopted in the optimization model for the as-built pump station equipped with speed-regulating pumps of normal temperature oil pipeline,and then the best economic running scheduling scenario of pump station can be obtained.
