摘要
用专用模具锻造拐臂的新工艺成功解决了拐臂锻件自由锻时号印不规则、矩形台阶尺寸难于控制和矩形与下圆台中心偏心问题,使锻件各部分尺寸精确符合工艺要求,且有利于锻件的后序加工。
Through applying the new forging process of crank arm with special mould,the problems such as mark irregularity,rectangle step hard control and rectangle and bottom circle step off center during open forging,have been resolved triumphantly,and the forging size has conformed accurately to the technological requirement.
