摘要
本研究根据氨基酸金属螯合盐能在为动物提供氨基酸的同时提供金属元素的特点,研发一种针对反刍动物的过瘤胃氨基酸金属螯合盐产品。试验通过控制反应温度(75℃±5℃),pH值(7~8),投料比例,投料方式和催化剂,合成了21种氨基酸金属螯合盐。并利用短期人工瘤胃氨态氮产量法对这些氨基酸螯合盐的瘤胃稳定性进行评价。
This study was conducted to develop rumen by-pass metal amino acid chelate products which have the characteristics can not only provide amino acid but also supply metal elements for ruminants.In this experiment,21 kinds of metal amino acid chelates were synthesized by controlling the reacting temperature (75℃±5℃),pH values(7to8),addition order and ratio of raw materials and catalysts.The rumen stability of these metal amino acid chelates were evaluated by short-term artificial rumen,in which the content of NH_3-N was measured.
