摘要
本实验利用限制性内切酶Eco47I检测策勒黑羊骨形态发生蛋白受体基因(BMPR-IB)外显子6(exon 6)序列限制性片断长度多态性(RFLP),结果显示:30只策勒黑羊BMPR-IB基因exon 6酶切后出现140bp、110bp和30bp长度的片段。BB型3只,占9.09%;B+型12只,占36.36%;++型18只,占54.55%。。B基因频率为0.27,+基因频率为0.73。
Polymorphism of BMPR-IB Gene exon 6 in Cele Black Sheep was detected by PCR-RFLP method. Three genotypes（BB、B＋ and ＋＋） were found in Cele Black Sheep.BB、B＋ and ＋＋ frequencies were 9.09%、36.36%and 54.55.B and ＋ genes frequencies were 0.27 and 0.73.
