番茄渣发酵生产蛋白饲料菌种筛选研究

Screening of Yeast and Mould Strains for Production of Protein Feed by Tomato Pomace

采用番茄渣为发酵培养底物,选用酵母菌(产朊假丝酵母、啤酒酵母、热带假丝酵母、白地霉)、霉菌(黑曲霉(1、2)、绿色木霉、康宁木霉)进行了发酵生产单细胞蛋白饲料菌种的初步筛选,评价指标为菌种在培养基上的生长情况、酶的产量及发酵产物的真蛋白含量。结果表明:酵母菌(产朊假丝酵母、啤酒酵母、白地霉)、霉菌(黑曲霉1、绿色木霉、康宁木霉)均可作为进一步研究发酵番茄渣生产单细胞蛋白饲料的菌种。

Selecting tomato pomace as the main culture or fermentation substance,and the screening of strains were carried from yeast（Candida utilis,Saccharomyces cerevisiae,Candida tropicalis,Geotrichum candidum） and mould（Aspergillus niger（1,2）,Trichoderma koningii,Trichoderma viride） for the production of single cell protein feed according to the general growth character,the yield of enzyme,and the content of true protein of fermentation product.The result were：yeast（Candida utilis,Saccharomyces cerevisiae,Geotrichum candidum） and mould（Aspergillus niger（1）,Trichoderma koningii,Trichoderma viride） could be selected as strains for the production of single cell protein feed by tomato pomace for further study.
