摘要
本文采用分光光度法,对本方法的线性范围、标准曲线、检出限、回收率、准确度和精密度等方面对该方法进行了验证,实验结果表明,标准曲线的相关系数为0.9997,试样及空白加标回收率为86.2%～98.4%之间,RSD为2.9%～7.1%之间,认为该方法准确可靠,具有较高的稳定性和适用性。
The Assay Has Verified The Linearity Range,Standard Curve Detection Limit Percent Recorery, Accuracy and Precision of Tannin,s Test Method in Fodder.The Result of Test has Prored That The Correlation Coefficent of Standard Curve is 0.9997,The Percent Recovery of Mark in Blank Sample is Between 86.2%and 98.4%,RSD is Between 2.9%and 7.1%.So The Test Method of Tannin in Fodder is Accurate and Reliable,and Has Superior Stabilization and Usability.
