Synthesis of functional ionic liquid and its application in reductive amination

摘要 合成了离子液体N-羟乙基-N,N,N-三丁基溴化铵,与硼氢化钠反应,制备出具有还原性质的功能化离子液体2-三丁胺基乙氧基硼氢化合物(IL-OBH3),其分离产率可达72%;研究了该离子液体中苯甲醛一锅法直接还原胺化反应,在反应中既为还原剂,又可作反应介质,发现2-三丁胺基乙氧基硼氢化合物只还原亚胺,而不还原醛,表现出很高的选择性,不同活性的胺,胺化产率在43%~76%之间. An ionic liquid N,N,N-tributyl-N-hydroxyethyl ammonium bromide was prepared,and was then reacted with sodium borohydride to result in the reductive functional ionic liquid 2-(tributylamino)-ethoxyborohydride(IL-OBH3) with an isolated yield of 72%.The obtained IL-OBH3 was used in direct reductive amination of benzaldehyde in one-pot as both reductive reagent and solvent.The result showed that IL-OBH3 could only reduce the imine to amine without re-duction of aldehyde.The yields for different amines varied in the range of 43% ~ 76%.
