摘要 研究了金属皂对SBS改性沥青常规性能、储存稳定性以及微观组织的影响,并测试了SBS/金属皂复配改性沥青混合料的路用性能.研究结果表明:SBS/金属皂复配改性沥青的最佳配比为4%SBS+0.45%金属皂.其SBS改性沥青储存稳定性效果最佳,软化点差仅为0.3℃,PI值由0.39提高到0.93,并且金属皂的含量对低温延度的影响较小.在此配比条件下,沥青混合料的抗高温车辙性能和抗低温开裂性能均提高为原来的1.2倍.这主要是因为金属皂加入后,促使SBS与沥青分子之间交联,使改性沥青中聚合物分散非常均匀,改善了SBS和沥青的相容性. The influence of metal soap on the normal performance,storage stability,microstructure of SBS modified as-phalt was investigated,and the performance of composite modified asphalt mixture was also tested.The results show that the optimum of composite modified asphalt was 4%SBS and 0.45%metal soap.The addition of 0.45 percent of metal soap gets the best storage stability.The softening point difference was only 0.3℃.The PI index was increased from 0.39 to 0.93 and the influence on the low temperature ductility was not obvious.Under this condition,rutting resistance at high temperature and cracking resistance at low temperature were both improved and the ratio was 1.2.It is mainly because the addition of the metal soap can improve crosslinking and it makes the polymer disperse so homogeneous that the com-patibility is improved significantly between SBS and asphalt.
