血透对肾衰患者红细胞膜Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性的影响

摘要 目的:了解血液透析对红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活性的影响。方法:尿毒症非血透患者29例,血透患者23例,对照26例。用孔雀绿定磷法检测以上各组红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活力。结果:非血透组红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活性明显低于对照组(P<0.005),并与肌酐呈负相关(r=-0.532,P<0.002);血透组红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活性明显高于非血透组(P<0.005),但仍比对照组低(P<0.005),其Na+-K+-ATP酶活力与进行血透治疗时间(月)呈正相关(r=0.617,P<0.001)。结论:尿毒症患者红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活性降低,血透能使Na+-K+-ATP酶活性恢复,但不能致正常范围;对于非血透患者Na+-K+-ATP酶活性能反映肾衰的严重程度;对于血透患者Na+-K+-ATP酶活性能反映血透的充分性。
